TO INITIATE A REMOTE SESSION:

Step 1:

Dial ASI at (972) 888-1530 and request to speak with an ASI Network Services Engineer.

Step 2:

You will be asked to click on the button below and follow the instructions (there may be a small file to install).

Step 3:

You will receive a 6 digit Client ID code, upon communicating this code to your ASI Network Services Engineer, we will be able to conduct the remote session to solve your network related issue.
