Ken Copeland
President and Owner
Ken founded ASI Business Solutions (formerly Acquisition Specialists, Inc.) in 1989, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience to his role as President and co-owner of the company. His previous experience includes positions in major and national accounts with Lanier Worldwide, achieving President's Club status. His primary focus is on building ASI into the premiere provider of solutions for input, management and output of business documents, placing a high priority on customer service and satisfaction. Ken is involved in all aspects of the company that impact customers, such as sales, marketing communications, staff selection and development, and customer service. Ken has earned several Lanier Incentive Awards, received numerous industry awards, such as Office Dealer's Elite Dealer Award (five years), and participated in industry leadership roles, including the Lanier Dealer Council. |

Scott Wiggins
Executive Vice President and Owner
Scott brings more than 19 years of industry experience to ASI in his role as Executive Vice President and co-owner. He is responsible for administration, finance, purchasing, leasing, sales support and business planning. Prior to joining ASI in 1990, Scott held major and national account positions with Lanier Worldwide, achieving President's Club status. Scott was also a Remarketing Representative for GE Capital Leasing. He holds a BBA (marketing major) from Iowa State University. |

Randy Allen
Vice President of Marketing
Document Solutions Strategist
Randy brings more than 15 years of industry experience to ASI, including receiving President's Club and 100% Club awards during his sales tenure within the document management industry. Since joining ASI in 2001, Randy's responsibilities have expanded to include both sales and marketing management. He is responsible for working with major accounts in a sales capacity. In his marketing role, Randy develops a variety of tools - from printed materials to e-newsletters to this Web site - that help communicate with customers and prospects. He also develops programs to seek customer feedback and reinforce lasting, beneficial relationships. |

Brad Adams
Vice President of Sales
Brad has ten years of sales and sales management experience in the document management industry. After graduating from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth with his BBA in Business (management major), Brad joined the document solutions industry. In his most recent position with Technifax, he won five consecutive President's Club trips and numerous sales awards. Brad's responsibilities as ASI's Vice President of Sales include working with major and national accounts, as well as managing the sales organization. |

Mike Hageman
Document Solutions Manager
Mike brings more than 23 years of office equipment industry experience to ASI. He has attended Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) training, is a Novell CNA, and has earned manufacturer training certificates for eCabinet, GlobalScan, Scan Router Pro and COE. Mike attended Brookhaven College and Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business. In addition, he has served as President of the local Business Technology Association (BTA) board and was honored as an outstanding employee by ASI in 2003. With more than 10 years of tenure at ASI, Mike provides technical consulting and support for customers who are implementing real-time document management solutions and supports the sales team with his IT engineering expertise. |

Doug Young
Vice President of Service
Doug has more than 19 years of experience in the copier and document management industries, including servicing mid- and high-volume systems for Xerox Corporation, where he achieved Par Club, President's Club, Top Supply Sales, Teamwork Performance and several other awards. Doug joined ASI in 1993 and was promoted to field service manager, where he is responsible for the Service Department's dispatch operations, customer service, staff training and development, technical support and warehouse/shop operations. He is currently working to obtain his A+ certification and increase his computer networking expertise. |
