Lanier PDC is a variable data forms automation application that automates the printing, distribution, and storage of business documents. Lanier PDC extracts destination information from the print stream or via a database lookup. Form intelligence automates cover page creation. Automatic emailing. Destination addresses come directly from the print data stream or via a database lookup. Lanier PDC supports MAPI email systems, SMTP server email, and SSL email for secure transmission. Unattended archiving. Lanier PDC interfaces with Lanier eCabinet and DocumentMall, allowing you to easily implement an electronic archive of your critical business documents within your existing network. Features include custom index fields and full text search within individual documents. Lanier PDC can also be set up to deliver documents to legacy document management applications.
