Features of the EXCEED Service Program
Total Care Maintenance Program: ASI covers every aspect of your hardware investment, including all mechanical and electrical parts, as well as labor expenses.
Connectivity: An ASI Systems Engineer will dedicate up to 2-hours of support time for each connected ASI system during system installation.
Training: The following training is conducted upon installation of ASI systems:
Hardware Training - ASI provides quality instruction on basic and advanced operations, troubleshooting and maintenance.
Connectivity Training - ASI provides comprehensive instruction for each installed system.
Preventive Maintenance Program: ASI has the software and systems in place to replace consumable parts at or before their expected yields, before problems occur. In addition, manufacturer-certified technicians do a complete inspection of system hardware on each visit.
Uptime Guarantee: In addition to our average service call response time of four hours or less, ASI goes a step further by guaranteeing 96% uptime.* If this uptime target is not met, ASI will credit 20% of your monthly base maintenance fee amount for the following 3 months. *Equipment uptime is calculated by taking normal working hours, 8 am. to 5 pm., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, less response and repair time for all service calls, and then averaging this figure over a 6-month period of time.
Loaner Guarantee: If your ASI-acquired equipment does not perform to manufacturers' standards or requires further evaluation at the ASI Service Facility, loaner equipment will be provided at no additional charge.
Replacement Warranty: If ASI cannot maintain your ASI-acquired systems in good working order, equipment will be replaced with comparable systems for up to 5 years from installation (3 years for rebuilt systems).
Upgrade and Enhancement Program: As part of our commitment to continuous innovation and the latest technology, ASI allows its customers to upgrade to a similar or higher capacity system upon satisfactorily completing one-half the term of the agreement.
Ongoing Service and Support: ASI provides competitively-priced and timely technical and networking support upon request
